Pritheva Zakaria is a recent graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and English. She is passionate about South Asian representation, women's rights, and binge-watching TV (Modern Family right now!) Zakaria is from Long Island, New York, and is based in both NYC and LI. Her parents immigrated from Bangladesh to America in the '90s, so she is an eclectic mix of both Bengali and American culture. When she's not writing articles, she's reading contemporary novels, doing her makeup, exploring NYC, and playing video games.
